BRAD KNOWLES

Brad joined Windermere in 2003 after a 9 year career in the commercial real estate industry, gaining valuable experience. Brad was born and raised in the Seattle area, attended the University of Washington with a degree Business Administration, he now lives with his wife and three children in the Windermere neighborhood.
Through his commitment to achieving high-level results, Brad takes every measure to ensure that all of his client’s personal real estate goals are achieved. KIM KNOWLES

Kim has spent her entire life here in the Seattle area and after completing college at Oregon State University, came back and now resides in the Sand Point Country Club neighborhood with her family.

TOM MAIDER

From Madison Park to Laurelhurst, Windermere, View Ridge and Bryant; his intimate knowledge of these distinctive communities is invaluable. As a member of the Maider & Knowles, Tom grew up in Northeast Seattle and currently lives in the Laurelhurst neighborhood with his wife and three children. Tom ensures that each client receives outstanding representation and looks for distinct ways personally or together with his focused team to add value. He takes great care to educate and advise his clients with valuable analytical information and an informed and comprehensive understanding of the current real estate market. He is extremely diligent in seeing that his clients’ needs are thoroughly attended to; from the selection of their distinctive property, to the review of the contractual components of the transaction, through to the details of the inspection, and on to the final and important points at closing.
PAM COHEN
Assistant
Pam is a licensed real estate assistant and helps the team target, preview and show clients prospective properties that may fit their needs. On the selling side, her project management skills come in to play as she schedules and oversees any work that may need to be done to a home to prepare it for the market. This team approach ensures that each client receives the highest level of care and has earned the Maider & Knowles Team accolades for customer service satisfaction for the past 14 years.
Pam attended the University of Washington and has extensive real-estate experience from new construction to total renovations. She has lived in the View Ridge area with her husband and three daughters for 20 years.
AMY OLASON
Assistant
Through her highly professional, informed and diligent approach, Amy skillfully facilitates the multitude of day-to-day details that ensure that the Maider & Knowles Team provides the highest level of service to every client. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Amy attended the University of Washington and has since settled down in the View Ridge neighborhood with her husband and two kids. Amy is very astute, ultra organized, tech savvy and constantly delivers impressive results in attending to all the team’s clients’ real estate goals.
ALEX FREEMAN
Broker
Alex was born in Seattle and grew up in NE Seattle with one brother. He attended Bishop Blanchet HS from 2012-2016, then went to WSU and graduated in 2020 with a Major in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Alex previously worked at Lakeview Mortgage for two years as an assistant mortgage loan officer. He enjoys golf as a hobby and he is an avid Mariners fan.
